The twelfth season of The Voice, an American reality talent competition, premiered on February 13th, 2017 on NBC. Usher and Pharrell Williams returned as coaches along with Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.
On May 16, 2017, Tyler O'Connor of Team Usher was announced as the winner of The Voice, with Chris Hoyt of Team Blake as the runner up, and Evan Lambert of Team Adam in third place and Tammy Lee of Team Usher placed fourth.

The Battles[]
The Battles (episodes 7 to 10) consisted of two 2-hour episodes and two 1-hour episodes each on March 6, 7, 13, 14, 2017. Season twelve's advisors for the Battle rounds are Jess Glynne for Team Adam, Katy Perry for Team Usher, Adele for Team Pharrell, and Brad Paisley for Team Blake. Contestants who win their battle or are stolen by another coach will advance to the Knockout rounds, with each coach allowed to steal two artists who lost battles.
